This public summary explains what TradeX Philippines collects, why we collect it, and how students can request account support.

Data we collect

Only what the platform needs.

TradeX collects account details, checkout information, enrollment records, course progress, live-session bookings, support messages, and technical logs needed to operate the student portal and protect accounts.

Payment details are handled by the configured payment provider. TradeX stores order and reconciliation records, not full card or wallet credentials.

How it is used

Education, access, support, and security.

We use student data to create accounts, provision program access, process orders, track learning progress, schedule live sessions, answer support requests, and investigate abuse or payment disputes.

Operational logs are used for reliability, fraud prevention, and incident response. They are not sold as a marketing list.
